The prices shown on the website include VAT.
Delivery costs are detailed in the order.
For products offered in various price categories it is always indicated at what price corresponds the illustration.
By choosing a higher or lower price, change the size of the bundle provided.
The shape and color remain however unchanged.

Payment by credit card:
The only currencies available for charging are CHF.
If the credit card company charges in another currency, the official exchange of the day will be applied.

Order Information:
To guarantee the correct execution of the order, all the data of the user are checked. In some cases, a specific request may be made to obtain further information; waiting for the reply, the order is suspended.

Accuracy of address of recipient:
Please check that the address and telephone number shown are correct and complete. We can not take any responsibility for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information. To enable us to execute the order on time and without any inconvenience, the following additional information should be provided:

– in case of hospital delivery, we suggest to indicate the department and the room number

– in case of delivery to a hotel, indicate, if possible, the room number and the name with the which the recipient or recipient is registered with the hotel (group, spouses, etc.).

This guarantee is a tangible sign of our commitment to care and professionalism in the execution of each order. If, in spite of this, the customer is not satisfied with the delivery or product quality, we welcome any complaints within a maximum of three days from delivery, via e-mail.

Privacy and Cookies:

Naturally, the data required for the execution of an order will be treated in compliance with privacy and they will not be disclosed to third parties. Credit card numbers do not remain stored on our servers. At the end of an order, the credit card is immediately debited online via an encrypted connection with the credit card company.

The flowers:

Flowers are a seasonal product. Therefore the whole multiplicity of choice is not always available.

The decks shown are conformed to the seasonal choice. Generally, the assortment is updated six times a year. Nevertheless we can not guarantee that the illustrated flowers are always available at our store, especially for short-term orders. It may therefore happen that a deck differs slightly from the one shown. But each deck is an individual creation composed on the spot with fresh flowers and corresponding as much as possible in the form and colors to the illustration.

Delivery time:

The time of delivery is guaranteed only for weddings and funerals. In these cases, the customer is asked to

indicate on the order form the exact delivery time under Delivery data.

Applicable law and competent court:

Cancellation / right to cancel the order:

An order can be canceled up to the business day prior to the desired delivery date, taking into account the opening hours of the store and indicating the order number.
